Colour (please expand) All computer screens have different configurations which means that an image may appear different on screen than when it is printed. We do not guarantee that the image as you see it will appear when printed, the colours may appear more or less vibrant than what you see on screen. Quality Guarantee We guarantee the workmanship of our invitations, custom printed and diy ranges. Custom - all images and front text will be centred on the front of the invitation also the inside message will be centred (unless otherwise advised). All cards will be cut and scored (folded) and aligned to the size specified. DIY - all cards are made using only the finest paper and are professionally scored and finished to ensure the highest standard of quality. Envelopes are available to purchase with your order. All custom invitations include envelopes, thank you and RSVP cards may not. You are able to purchase envelopes from the diy range! Should your invitations not meet the above standards, please contact us ASAP to make necessary arrangements to meet your satisfaction on talk2me@invitations.com.au. Delivery All orders will be delivered with 10 working days anywhere within Australia. Overseas orders will take up to 14 working days. Earlier delivery can be arranged by contacting us on 61 3 9499 4579 or talk2me@invitations.com.au. Orders will be sent via courier, therefor delivery address is vital to ensure package can be signed for between business hours, usually 8.30am and 6pm Monday - Friday. Invitations by Design does not take responsibility for any incorrect delivery address given which may result in non-delivery or sending package to an incorrect address. Please note: We understand that your billing address and delivery address may vary - therefor we reinforce the importance of supplying the correct delivery address. If any goods are damaged in transit you must notify us within 14 days of delivery and we will arrange for such goods to be repaired or replaced Payment We require you to make payment via credit card over the invitations.com.au website to complete your order, unless otherwise arranged by contacting us directly talk2me@invitations.com.au or 61 3 9499 4579. A payment confirmation email will be sent to advise your payment has been approved prior to processing your order. Refunds and return of goods As Invitations By Design only deals in personalised goods and goods made to your specification you have no right to return the goods. This exclusion does not affect any other rights you have to return the goods if they are defective.
